Many people who suffer from Anxiety Disorders also suffer from Depression. Clinical depression is a medical illness and is not the same as a blue mood. Symptoms can include profound feelings of sadness, irritability or hopelessness, and difficulty eating, sleeping and concentration. Dr. Marlene Casiano will show you how to recognize and deal with anxiety and depression.
