Grand Opening of the Advocate Good Shepherd Outpatient Center Saturday, September 13 -  9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 525 Congress Parkway in Crystal Lake Free refreshments and giveaway! Activities for the whole family including: Bike helmets (free to the first 300 children), Operation Click, Face Painting, Doc for a day, Tours of the facility, Chair massages, Crystal Lake Fire Department Star 105.5 radio personalities:  Broadcasting live from 9-11 a.m. We'll also offer the following FREE health screenings: Body Fat, Cholesterol, Nutrition, Pulmonary Function, Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Osteoporosis Expert medical care, close to home. The new Advocate Good Shepherd Outpatient Center offers high quality care for minor illnesses and injuries. The Outpatient Center includes:  Immediate Care Center staffed by ER physicians, imaging,  Early Detection & Prevention Center (Opening in October)
