Multi-Chamber Mixer and Ribbon Cutting at Cary Sparrow's Nest Thrift Store

The Home of the Sparrow is hosting a Multi-Chamber Mixer and Ribbon Cutting at The Cary Sparrow's Nest Thrift Store and Donation Center located at 380 Northwest Hwy., Cary for a Grand Opening celebration of their expanded space on Thursday, May 9 from 5:00-7:00 p.m.   The ribbon cutting will be at 4:45 p.m.   Hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served.  Sparrows Nest Thrift Shops are a division of Home of the Sparrow which operates four thrift shops located in McHenry, Cary, Palatine and Woodstock. All proceeds go to support transitional housing and supportive services to homeless women and children in McHenry County and Northern Illinois.
