All participants must bring this waiver to the event to attend. Signed waivers can be faxed to Lakeside 815-261-5900 of scanned and emailed to emcelroy@lakesidelegacy.org. If you register and pay on our online ticket site, parents or guardians can sign the waiver online.

Learn a short and exciting new routine each month from some of Chicago’s hottest dance instructors! Then hang out with your friends, practice the fun routine, and just dance!!!

Participants can bring money to purchase Jamba Juice. Price $4 a Jumba Juice.
