Description
You are invited to join Centegra Health System at the 4th Annual Health Strong Woman Event. It is a community event for woman of all ages to learn more about their health, and the health of their community. Stop by for as long as you like between 9am and 2pm. Lunch will be served around 11:30am. The event will include a heart healthy cooking demonstration; free screenings including bone health, blood pressure cholesterol, diabetes screenings and more; a presentation by Dr. Fernando Lamounier, cardiothoracic surgeon; a delicious, healthy lunch; health-related information booths; and raffles and give-a-ways. Reservations required; $10 per person.
* The first 300 to register will receive American Heart Association Quick and Easy Cookbook.
