Stop by Colonial Café in Crystal Lake on Thursday, April 15 for their annual Penny Pancakes Day and help support the Children's Center for Autism.  The Cary Lions Club is working with Colonial Café to educate the community about autism and to promote this event.  Autism is a neurobiological disorder of the brain that affects communication, behavior, and social interaction.  The Children's Center for Autism in Cary offers a 24-hour therapeutic group home, Sage House, and provides children and adolescents with autism the opportunity to experience life similar to their typical functioning peers.  Enjoy pancakes and make a donation to the Children’s Center for Autism.
