Description
Understanding how to manage your diabetes is an ongoing process. Join Dr. Jyothi Gogineni, an endocrinologist with Centegra Physician Care and Tiffanie Young MS, RD, LDN, a diabetes educator with Centegra Health System, as they discuss the serious complications that can arise if you don’t manage your diabetes by making healthy choices and implementing positive lifestyle changes. In addition, be inspired by a healthy, diabetes-friendly cooking demonstration. Information about the Centegra diabetes support group will also be discussed. Space is limited. Registration is required.
