Eat This--Not That!
Join Good Shepherd Hospital Outpatient Dietitian Melodi Peters, Rd., LDN for an informative session on how to make nutritious changes at each meal and snack. She will walk us through a typical day of mealtime choices and how to imporvoe our dietary habits.
Melodi has a Certificate of Training in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management and a member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric surgery.
