In recgnition of prostate awareness month, we are now offering Free prostate cancer screenings provided by an Advocate physician.
Saturday, September 18, 8 am-noon at the Advocate Good Shepherd Outpatient Center in Crystal Lake. Event and all screenings are FREE, but registration is required. To register, call 1.800.3.ADVOCATE (1.800.323.8622) and mention Class Code 3G35.
