Our new Early Detection and Prevention Center in Crystal Lake provides health screenings, education and disease management services in one location. Join us for a morning filled with free health screenings, information, raffles, refreshments, giveaways and more! -Prostate cancer screenings (provided by an Advocate physician) -Complete lipid panel (Includeing cholesterol & diabetes. 12 hour fast required-finger stick) -Body mass index -Blood pressure -Healthy eating -Chair massage Event and screening are free, but registration is required.
