Cost: $10.00
Screenings include a finger stick blood glucose level (12 hour fast is required, take regular medications) and an A1C Level. Patients have the opportunity to meet one on one with Daniel So, MD., Board Certified Endocrinologist and an Advocate Good Shepherd Diabetes Educator. Follow up screenings will be made if necessary.
