Description
Friends West of Home of the Sparrow present a self-defense course to promote courage, both physically and mentally. The class will be taught by local MMA XFO celebrity Jeff Curran and pastor Adam Miller. Come for the class, stay for the fun! There will also be a BBQ, raffles, and music!
All proceeds directly benefit Home of the Sparrow’s and Turning Point’s “Sparrow’s Point” program, providing housing and supportive services to women and children who are homeless due to domestic violence.
We are also looking for volunteers and donations of raffle items.
