You will learn valuable information about your health and well-being as three of Centegra's own physicians give a presentation and answer questions related to women's issues such as menopause, breast and heart health. There will also be a guest speaker who understands the importance of being yourself while maintaining a busy lifestyle. Joan Steffend from HGTV's show Decorating Cents has recently published her first book titled "and she sparkled". She plans to read excerpts from this story of having a passion and re-discovering your youth, with hopes of igniting that same unique and individual sparkle within you.
