Cary Lions Club Annual Candy Days

The Cary Lions Club’s annual Candy Days fundraiser is Friday, October 8 and Saturday, October 9 at various Cary intersections and business locations.  Funds raised by Lions Clubs in Illinois help support hearing and vision needs including: $900 for a visual /  hearing impaired child to experience a week of summer camp designed especially for them; $290 for a child to be evaluated by a specialized ophthalmologist In a low vision clinic; $500 - $900 per child in vision aides to allow children to better learn in school and enjoy the world around them; FREE mobile hearing and vision vans in our area to test for early problems to facilitate better treatment.  When you see a Lions vest, enjoy the free roll of candy or mints and support the Lions mission to assist those with hearing and vision needs.  For more information, call the Cary Lions Club at (847) 639-1377.
