This Saturday, September 6 at 8:00 p.m. over 50 performers and 20 choreographers will assemble at Cary-GroveHigh School to put on a show that will raise funds for charity.This event sponsored by CGPACtion, the service club comprised of students from the Cary-Grove Performing Arts Centre, has been 5 months in the making.Auditions were held this spring for eleven dances, choreographed by students.These groups practiced over the summer and will come together for the 2nd Annual CGPACtion Student Choreographed Showcase this weekend!Tickets are $10 each and all profits will be donated to charity.In the past, money from this event has benefited the Cary-Grove Food Pantry, Locks of Love, Red Cross, and many more.The students will vote for this year’s monetary recipient at their October meeting.Tickets can be purchased at the Cary-Grove Performing Arts Centre, 21 Jandus Rd. in Cary or at the door.For more information, please call (847) 639-3800 or visit www.cgpac.com.
