Breast Health Info Session

Description

After meeting at the Library, free transportation will be provided to the Centegra Gavers Breast Center. Upon arriving, participants will receive a tour of the facility and receive a short, interactive educational session about breast health and age-appropriate screening recommendations. Women age 40 and older who haven’t had a mammogram in the past 12 months are eligible and encouraged to receive a mammogram while at the breast center. Registration by October 3 is required. Please let us know if you would like to have a mammogram while at the breast center. There is no charge for the event, however, mammograms will be billed through your insurance. Please bring a copy of your photo ID, insurance card, and a copy of your most recent mammogram if it is available. No physician’s order is required to participate. (847) 639-2274
