This workshop is designed to empower you to take control of your family's health. Parents will walk away with practical and everyday simple solutions for a lifetime of improved health habits and strengthened health to their growing families!
Bring your children!! They will attend a separate workshop to learn about nutrition, what good health means, how to read labels and how to stay healthy in a fun, interactive way.
