Description
Screenings include a finger stick blood glucose level (12 hour fast is required) and an A1C Level. Patients have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with Daniel So, MD,Endocrinologist or a Good Shepherd Diabetes Educator. Complimentary foot screenings will also be provided. The Diabetes Health Screening is open to all community members.
