Description
Panic attacks can be very frightening. When a panic attack occurs, you might think you're losing control, or having a heart attack. Cheryl Borst M.D., and Marlene Casiano M.D., with The Barrington Center of Psychotherapy and Wellness will discuss anxiety disorders and how to significantly improve your quality of life through treatment, medications and relaxation techniques to help prevent these disorders.
