DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 4th annual Centegra Family Health Fest on Saturday\, July 21\, 2012 from 10am-1pm\, open swim from 1-3pm at Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center's outdoor pools! This family event is fun for all ages and will be held at Centegra's Huntley Campus. Scroll down to find a list of fun activities! Each family to attend will receive a free back pack (limit one per family) and bike helmet (first 400 children).\n\n\n\nYour family has the chance to win a family dream vacation provided by Huntley Travel\, too! All you have to do is fill out a survey at the event and turn it in to the Huntley Travel booth to be entred into the drawing. One lucky family will be chosen in the days to follow the event\, and they will be announced on Centegra's Facebook Page!\n\n\n\n\n\nStay up to date on everything leading up to the event by visiting Facebook.com/CentegraHealthSystem.\n\n\n\nHere are some exciting activities that will be featured at this event:\n\n\n\n\n\n- Special Guest: Chicago Wolves Hockey Mascot "Skates" (10-11am only)\n\n- Free Healthy Lunch and Frozen Treat\n\n- Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center (CHBFC) Fitness Challenge\n\n- Teddy Bear Clinic\n\n- Bike Helmet Fitting for the First 400 Children\n\n- Rock Wall\n\n- Vertical Jump Challenge\n\n- Live Music Entertainment: Dave Rudolf\, Child Activity Singer\n\n- CHBFC "Quick Start" Tennis\n\n- Golf Swing Assessment by a PGA Pro\n\n- Open Swim at CHBFC's Outdoor Pool 1-3pm\n\n\n\nThere will be screenings available for a small fee for children and teens.
